Our Process

• Step 1. Complete Application:

  You will be given General Information of our requirements and what to expect in our process.

• Step 2. Complete Registration:

  You will receive a link with instructions to setup an account. Once registration/account setup, will need to ensure a request is sent to Alex Virtual Solutions LLC. Once accepted, you will need to sign all required documents.

  Note: do not proceed if you cannot find company name. Please reach out immediately via Email.

• Step 3.Complete Assessments:

  General and Voice assessments have to be completed in order to browse available job opportunities.

  Note: need to be completed in a quiet area. Failure can prevent you from moving forward in Process

• Step 4.Course Enrollment/ Job Selection:

  Browse the various companies that we have to offer. Here, you can choose the company that fits you!.

  Note: please ensure that you complete the payment for course within 24 hours, even if course Is $0, it's still required to complete enrollment

Job Seekers General Information:

• A desktop or laptop computer (no chromebooks; must be windows 10 or mac compatible), headphones, an internet connection, and an ethernet cable are required. Some companies might require additional equipment.
• When choosing a company, read all requirements to ensure you will pass the system check (if company requires dual monitors, they will check for required equipment during pc scan). Choose a company that meets that requirement if you only have one monitor).
• There is a 15-hour minimum for agents to work, and some companies have specific times when agents are needed.
• All agents are 1099, so once training with your preferred company is completed, you will be able to set your own schedule.
• All agents are paid biweekly via direct deposit, zelle, cashapp, or apple pay. After completing training, you will be provided a document to read/sign and input banking information
• Currently not accepting applications in the states of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New york, Oregon and Wisconsin.
• Only available for residents living in the usa
• $250.00 bonus 60 days after signing statement of work
• $100 referral fee - per agent 60 days after signing statement of work
